I am Karolis Kazlauskas, a personal growth mentor, coach, lecturer, husband, dad, and just a happy person. I embarked on a journey of self-knowledge many years ago. During that time, I met many interesting people, tried different practices, gained a lot of experience, and wanted to make it all happen - the project "Live Free" was born. The main goal of this project is to help people become free creators of their lives, independent of inner blocks, fears, or negative beliefs.
However, it took a lot of effort and a long way to go to be where I am today. I fell and got up again and again, but it was definitely worth it.

Values
One of the most substantial experiences in my life was when I refined my core values for the first time, with the help of Dr. John Demartini’s method. It became clear why I had made the same decisions in my life and avoided certain things unknowingly, but most importantly, I finally had direction.
After many sessions, I helped refine the values for both individuals and companies - with a bit of modification of the questions themselves, I put together my observations and comments from practice and wrote a simple, easy-to-understand value determination guide. Today I want to share it with you for free!

There Are Challenges

When solving our problems or looking for answers, we often go on a long path of mistakes/lessons. The worst thing is that many people never reach their goals/dreams in this way. I was here too, but I don't recommend it to anyone 😉
